Sessions and Fees

Senlis Scallywags (the club) consists of two clubs.  Club 1 is for 4 yrs to 7/8 year olds and Club 2 for 7/8 to 11 year olds. Both clubs are run in a separate building in the grounds of the primary school. Our building is separated into 2 rooms during term time before and after school which allows us to create play spaces appropriate to age.

Term time sessions operate from 7.45am – 8.45am and 3.15pm – 6pm.  

During term time, places are solely available for the children of Simon de Senlis Primary School (the school).

Before school is charged at £4.36 per session for children in Reception and £4.03 for children in Yrs 1-6 this includes breakfast toast.

After School Club is charged at £12.88 per session for children in Reception and £10.82 for children in Yrs 1-6 this includes a snack. 

Holiday sessions operated from 8am – 5:45pm.

During the school holidays, places are prioritised for children who attend the school (forms sent to SDS children first).                      Where places are available, the club welcomes children who attend other schools.                                                                              Places must be booked in advance, with payment on confirmation of booking.                                                                                      Please use the holiday booking form provided, preferably before the deadline date specified on the form.

Holiday sessions are charged at £23.00 per session. Breakfast toast and a morning and afternoon snack are provided.                  

We are unable to refund any cancellations.

Senlis Scallywags is an inclusive setting, consideration however needs to be given to the ratios (staff : child/age/needs ratio), to ensure that staff are able to meet the needs of all the children who attend. The Manager will consider this whilst allocating sessions.
